Are you interested in working with an Australian leader who manufacturer and distribute plasterboard and building products?

Our client is seeking Production Workers to join their well-established team on a casual basis at their Welshpool site to work Monday – Friday on a rotating roster on an hourly rate of $42.95 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + shift penalties applicable!

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Rotating across Monday to Sunday

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the machine that finishes making the Gyprock board.
  • Offside a laminating machine and trim excess laminate off Gyprock boards
  • Offside a machine, collecting long lengths of cornice and placing them onto a pallet
  • Use a counterbalance forklift to lift and move long lengths of Gyprock board and cornices, storing them away in racking and moving pallets around the facility
  • Working in a safe manner

Successful candidates will:

  • Drivers licence + reliable vehicle
  • Current High Risk Work LF Licence - entry level encouraged to apply
  • Must be flexible with hours, available for rotating shifts, and able to work weekends when required
  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment – highly desirable
  • Ability to perform manual lifting and be comfortable on your feet majority of the day
  • Great punctuality and time management
  • Must have full working rights within Australia
